Reservations and Payment
When you have decided which course you want to attend and the date, either book online or call us and we will make all the neccessary arrangements.
We take all major Debit and Credit cards. We do not surcharge credit card payments, so if you want to spread the cost of your training over a few months, this option will help you. If you want to pay in cash, we will supply you with the neccessary bank details. We will accept cheques, although these must be cleared before the reservation is confirmed.
Bookings
When you make your course reservation, this creates a contract between you and the Company. We make all arrangements necessary for the course you want to attend, including providing the instructing staff.
However, some people have, on occasions, not turned up for the course, which is inconvenient and costly for our instructors and also means that other people who wanted to come to SuperSkills have not had that opportunity.
For this reason, we will take your payment in full for the course to reserve your place.
If you cannot undertake a course at the time arranged, we always take a sympathetic view and will reschedule the course if at all possible. However, where a client gives insufficient notice of non-attendance or simply fails to attend on the day of the course, SuperSkills reserves the right to retain the entire course fee.

At SuperSkills, we believe the customer should achieve everything they set out to when they decided to use our services. If, for any reason, you are not wholly satisfied with the training you have received, we will refund the course fee in full. No ifs, no buts - just your money back.
